My cars check engine light is now on my car is not shifting gears so now I have to come back Monday so it can be fixed. So for the remainder of the weekend I have no transportation. I have to cancel important Doctors appointment so I can bring my car back. . Although everyone that I spoke to were professional and nice.

We started out with our purchase in a bumpy road that kept getting bumpier. Eventually it turned around and we are happier now then we thought we would be. We love our vehicle, our new sunroof and look forward to more good experiences.

I’m not sure the point of making an appointment if your car isn’t seen at that time. Also in what universe does it take two hours for an oil change. I could have done it myself six times in the same amount of time and I’m not great. I understand it’s a “free” oil change but I paid a LARGE amount to be part of your loyalty maintence program so I expect to at least get some sort of return or service for that amount. The associate told me an HOUR wait and told me he would go check on how long it would take after an hour and a half, he never returned to give me an update. At two hours he finally told me it would be “three minutes”. This is horrible customer service and blatant lies. When asked why it took so long he said it was the start of the night shift so the guy just got there, my appointment was at 3:30, why was I waiting for the 5:30 guy to show up?!?! Your Maintanence program is the biggest scam I have ever wasted my money and time on. You should be ashamed.

Chris provided exceptional customer service. Both times that I have had the Kia Sportage serviced he has communicated the progress throughout the day. When the first service appt did not complete all tasks, he provided ta rental so that my work, which requires a car, would not suffer due to the extra day of service. He is a great asset to your team!
