Melissa quoted me the wrong price for oil change and I signed to the quoted price. Then , when it came to pay she said "oh, I gave you the wrong price" and proceeded to charge me $20 more for my oil change. I asked for her to honor the price quoted and rudely denied as if it was my fault. Inaccuracy and Poor customer service skills. In addition, she told me I was provided a synthetic oil change and it does not indicate that on my customer copy. I am also questioning whether or not I received a synthetic oil change.

Randy was wonderful and tried to rectify a not so good situation on a very bad day to be out driving as the service I needed was NOT properly scheduled so now I have to waste to of my precious days off Your service schedulers do NOT have a clue I needed 15K service, Oil change, a recheck on my electronics, transmission. So the scheduled me at 1:45 Randy was quite surprised when he read what I requested done and the inability to get the work done based on the time your inept schedulers gave me. So no I did not get the service I requested and now have to come back and waste my day off Randy though is a gem your schedulers not at all Maybe they need more education on the time needed when people call
