The service I received today was excellent. I do wish that you would address the person who actually brought in the truck-Jill Bolin (me) when you send these emails. I am an equal owner of this vehicle, the owner of the email and phone accounts, and the person who usually brings it in for service, but you continually ignore me and only address Mr. Bolin. Brian is very nice and kind! He did a wonderful job finding room for an Oil Change - soon as possible., as I was worried about the Condition of the car. But he set my mind at ease. He did great work for the Buick ! He’s very knowledgeable, Professional, and encouraging with the type of Service I needed. He’s Fantastic with Customer Service, and I will refer him to my Friends and Family! Will Definitely be back to see him and his crew! Thank You Brian!
