We have waited for the part since August. Had to continue to instigate to get the part in. Scheduled service and the part was not properly prepared to be installed. Waste of a day, money etc. Very frustrating

Brian and the Tech that worked on my vehicle provided excellent service. Brian conducted himself in a professional and courteous manner. The dealership was clean and all the staff I encountered were friendly. My only complaint is that I had an appointment for 0945 and my vehicle wasn’t taken in for service until 1045. The entire service, a key fob reprogram took less than 15 min. I also found the price to be high. $95 for 15 min of work is a bit much. The coffee, doughnut and popcorn I enjoyed were good, but not good enough to rectify the wait time or high service price. Thanks, JP Berkshire

Brett was friendly, informative and got me out on time. He made my appointment very painless on what appeared to be a bit of a hectic day there at service, it was very busy. I look forward to working with him again. I also got to watch give a guy some training, something about removing my truck from Chevys name to mine since this was my first service. Brett is a pro.
