I ask for my coolant to be topped off a head of time, when I dropped my truck off. Upon pick up I checked & the coolant was not topped off. The mechanic should complete a check list to be sure all requested items are complete. As a customer I should not have to worry if repairs/request are completed. This isn’t the first time this has happened, reason why I check. Care for completed work & clean up of vehicles here have been very sloppy by mechanics & techs. The service Advisor had to top of the coolant.

Brian did a great job. He learned a huge amount from my job and Blake.under the covid 19 circumstances and loss of workers the job was completed well. I am still in sticker shock over the cost but I am happy with the outcome. I am considering buying a new truck. We will see.
