When booking an appointment online, let us know your service staff goes to lunch from noon to 1pm. Jennifer made it happen to get my car serviced a bit faster, but 2.5 hrs estimated for an oil change and tire rotation is rediculouse. I won't be coming to you for simple service again.

Brakes sound great again. Negative, car was parked with sprinklers hitting it everyday and left massive hard water marks all over it. Car was spotless when dropped off. Took me multiple hours and multiple coats to get most off, but still has some spots on it. Also, called and waited for over half hour and ran out of time during my lunch, left message about buying rims from you and how it would be to get mounted and left numbers to call and never heard anything back.

I bought the prepaid oil change program when I bought my car and almost every time I come in new people tell me that I have to pay for my oil change. After I let the lady that was helping me know that she said she was sorry and I had to pay. I told her that I wanted to speak with her manager then she came back and said that it would be okay this time but from now on I have to pay. The reason I bought my 2nd car there is because of the service that I received before but here lately it has been a frustrating hassle all the time depending on who you get at the service desk when you check in. If I had known it would be like this I would not have prepaid. Sincerely Sheretta T

Not sure why we make appointments. Truck didnt start service for 1 hour after scheduled time. Same thing happened last. Also, sign in customer lounge said it will be cleaned hourly for covid. Wasn't cleared once in the three hours I waited.
