Aaron Taylor exceeded my expectations. He helped me when I called to let them know my 2014 Chevrolet Spark broke down in an intersection and would not drive, but I could move backward. He told me I should have it towed in so they could diagnose the issues. I had it towed in and Aaron told me he would give me updates and every time he followed through. My car was under factory warranty and GM had to replace my transmission, so he put me into a very nice rental, four days later I got the call from Aaron that my car was ready. Honestly this is by far the best experience with a dealership I have ever experienced. Thank you!!!!!!

I have been in the service department half a dozen times to have simple warranty work performed on my truck. Along with wrong parts being ordered, going over a month without being contacted about locating parts, parts being installed carelessly resulting in damag of said parts, replacement parts not being ordered to replace said damaged parts, my truck body being damaged by a technician removing a simple 3rd brake light, I am going on two weeks of waiting to be called about having the body damage to my truck repaired. I realize that calling me has fallen through the cracks again, so I will be reaching out to Randy again soon to remind him that my truck has not been fixed yet.
