Terrible service, if I could rate the experience, from 1-10 , definitely a 1 , plus Randy and his buddy at the front desk **** at what they do , it's pathetic

Vehicle went in for transmission shudder and the technician could not recreate during the test drive on 6 November 2018. Technician accompanied me for a test drive where the shudder was recreated. The service manager stated they had to consult general motors. Still awaiting a response or a phone call from the service department. Brought this to the attention or the service manager who stated he would have the service advisor contact me, which has yet to happen. This is a known issue with the torque converter posted throughout the web.

I am very happy with the service provided by Aaron Taylor. I have worked with him before and he is always very kind and thorough in explaining what is found, the recommended corrections, and the follow through. What I am unhappy about is that on the day Aaron called out, no one seemed to cover his station to let his customers know the status of their vehicles. I had to call twice in order to find out that he was absent and then had to wait until someone checked on my vehicle and called me back.

The person that finally helped me was great(Jason) but my overall experience was not good. I pulled up at 11am and I literally stood there waiting to be helped or even recognized for over 15mins. The one big guy helped a white lady and she just wanted to cancel then when she left he still didn't ask if I needed help or say well be with you shortly. And just stood there looking at his computer. Then Jason who was helping someone else stopped to ask if I had been helped and I replied No no one has even tried to help . So he apologized and got me checked in. This entire transaction took over 20mins. I've been a faithful consumer at Hazelwood I brought my entire family here and we have brought 2-3 cars per person I've referred and in the 7ys I've never been treated with such rudeness and what I call subtle racism. Totally didn't like my service yesterday.

Randy and everyone else I encountered was courteous and professional. I appreciate that Randy took the time to go over the bill and answer my questions. Overall it was a very good experience and it doesn't hurt that my car runs beautifully also. And a big thank you to your service people for NOT fiddling with my radio!
