The problem was wrongly diagnosed. I was told I needed a new wiper motor and was quoted $415. I ended up looking at it myself because I am low on funds. The motor was working fine I just needed two new bushings which cost me a total of $4. I just wish mechanics would stop taking advantage like this. This car has been nothing but problems since I’ve purchased it. Would not recommend to others. Other than that, most of the staff is nice.

Took 2hrs to do an oil change! People that checked in after me left before me. Very irritating. I do have to say that the gentleman that helped me check in and check out was very kind and helped explain why it had taken so long.

Aron provided great service, My only complaint was the day I called for an appointment the telephone rang for 5 minutes in the service department and no one answered so I called again and the same thing happened, I hung up after 5 min. The third time I complained to whoever answered the telephone and she put me on hold until she found someone to take the call.

Aaron and everyone at Haselwood always provides the very best service for me and my trusty old Duramax. I have a Porsche 911 and a couple of Audi sedans and I must say those folks in Bellevue could learn a thing or two from your group. Thank you... and Merry Christmas!
