Everything went as expected and Brett was very helpful.
Was told it would take approximately 1 hour to fix my truck. After an 1 1/2 hours I went and checked and my truck had not even been in the shop. Then they got my truck and it was done in 20 mins. To add to insult there was one pot of coffee that ran out the first 45 mins and even the specialty coffee machine was empty. 2 hours for a 20 min job. I drive all they way up 30 mins to get there. On a good note the staff were professional and respectful even in the parts store. I appreciate that from both departments. But the experience has me thinking to go to a closer dealership or even south.
You found the power drain on my battery but advised replacement of door mechanism which also had a slight power drain.
Next day door with new parts not operational. After two hours standing in cold drizzle trying to comfort puppy in back seat AAA shows up to unlock my truck.
The new door parts that just happened to “slip off” were put back together.
All of this and the invoice was only $1632.72! I’m not happy with your subpar service! I will never come back or recommend your business to anyone...
I scheduled the appointment specifically to find a leak in the rear windshield or brake enclosure. I waited two weeks while it continued to rain and create more moisture in my truck just to be told when I arrived that you guys don’t do seal checks and I would have to go to Autoplex glass down the road to get that fixed. Now I have to schedule another appointment with them while more moisture gets in my truck. The person I scheduled the appointment with told me you could do.
The waiting room was too cold. The service was great.

The customer service at haselwood is ****! I never was told that I had to pay $200 to get my car looked until afterwards! I will never buy another car from any of you guys! Any time I call I'm either put on hold and promised a call back which never happens. It's a pandemic going on and people are barely surviving! That took the last I had till payday!! Thanks for not helping

Randy was ready to go home, had his computer shut down, but the one other person in the service office was helping someone else. He booted his computer back up and stayed to help me get my car and get back on the road. I cant tell you how much I appreciated that! I know where he is coming from, I've been in those shoes. Please tell him thank you for me!
For a simple oil change 2 hours is a little much in the future I'll be taking my vehicle to Jiffy Lube or someplace like that to get it done in 30 minutes

I dropped my truck off the day before for a 0745 appt. for 7500 mile oil change and break wear program update. My truck wasnt ready until about 310 pm. 80 dollars for oil change plus 8.00 for shop incidentals plus tax is extremely high. Walmart charges 40.00 or less and I am out in less than an hour. My tires didn't need rotating. The work shouldn't have taken more than 2 hours. Aaron was the only nice thing about my visit. He was very friendly and professional. I won't be back for oil changes.
Great attention to detail and superb friendly service! He also was so helpful with my questions and even walked me over to the service department to inquire about an accessory I was interested in. He's a great team member!
