Bill was very helpful, explained the process at each step, checked In Frequently with me to let me know where in the process things were. Took care of all my needs and asked if there was anything further I could think of that requires assistance. He started the conversation off with a smile and was very knowledgeable. First time customer here, brought my 2004 Chevy Silverado SS in for a leaking front differential pinion seal. Get a call from my service manager telling me about a bunch of issues that they found during the inspection, cool I like to take care of my vehicles even at the cost off $1600. But due to the price I'm a bit uneasy, so I Google common scams for dealership service when I get home from work. And go figure four of the list of things my service manager recommended needed to be serviced are at the top of the scam list. So there goes my TRUST, enjoy the extra $400 ya fleeced from me. It's unfortunate to because you guys are just down the street from me, which would have been so convenient for me to get this Chevy I just bought serviced regularly. Have a pleasant day who ever reads this, I am more angry with myself for getting fooled.

Bill was very knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service. He explained all of the things the technician would be doing to our car beforehand, and went over them again afterwards. He also answered all of our questions. He was invested in doing a great job and we felt he really cared about the work and our satisfaction.

I was greeted and helped immediately upon arriving and the atmosphere made for a pleasant wait as my '18 Colorado was being serviced.
