I called for a price quote on my vehicle. Have the vehicle brand and year and said the twilight was out. The soonest I could get in based on my work availability and GMCs after business day hours was Saturday. I was quoted 15.00 or less and it would take 30 mins. It was 222.00, I waited an hour and nothing was done to my car because you didn’t have the tail light in stock. Don’t give quotes on the phone if you don’t know what it will cost. I wasted hours of a busy Saturday just so I can drive without a tail light for another week Very unhappy

The service people put diesel exhaust fluid in my truck and got it everywhere in the engine bay and all over my paint on the front side of the truck and didn't clean it off. That stuff crystalized after it dried scratches the hell out of the paint. Pretty unprofessional to not wipe that stuff up or not use a funnel. I go out of my way to not get that stuff everywhere and now i can't get it off the plastic in the engine bay now. Then to top it off the tech pretended like my car wasnt ticking and i didnt hear the noise right like i was full of it. I know what the injectors sounds like and it wasn't them. My paper work also says you had my truck for multiple days and and tried multiple cold starts over different mornings when you had the truck for 1 day and tried 1 cold start. Not bringing it back here anymore.i dont care if the oil changes are free, i never wanna have to try and clean fluids off everything like that again.

My receipt says my washer fluid was filled. It wasn't. I called about it, but they were busy and said they would call me back. They didn't. It's been 2 days now. So after almost 15 years of going there, I'm done. I'm going elsewhere for my service and any other purchases.
