Brian did a great job but what has become a joke to me is the total lack of Communication and the ability of your employees to order the right part has cost me hours of wasted time and my car is still not fixed after four trips to your store. I have bought a few cars from you guys but I don’t know if I will do it again. Other than for Brain trying to make the best out of this joke you call a service department I’m not happy with your company at all.

I made a appointment to have my 15,000 mile inspection done on my 2018 Silverado 2500, when I showed up after work to pick up my truck, I asked about the services that were done, and I was told just the standard oil change , tire rotation and topping off fluids. I asked about the 15,000 mike inspection, I was told that I didn't indicate that I want it done. I then asked for the paper that I filled out at 0430 this morning and I showed the service technician that I did in fact ask for that inspection to be done. He looked at me and asked if I could wait about 45 mins and it will get done. I truly err lying didn't have a choice, so i waited that 45 mins, i done mind the wait, but I'm concerned about all the work that i wanted done was in fact complete.

Bill was awesome! I came in unexpected because my car was stalling up hills and wouldn’t give. He got my car in right away and got me a rental. They ended up keeping my car over night and called me at 830am the next day to tell me my car was ready! They had an employee go in early to fix it. And I truly appreciate that a lot. Rentals and fixtures can be spendy. Thank you Bill for your superior service and taking care of a loyal customer!

Great service on my car! However, Just an observation. One man, who was not introduced, moved over behind my service advisor Mr Baker as i was checking out and may have been "grading" my advisor on his performance. This didn't seem to bother my advisor, but it made me uneasy. Too much smiling - nothing to say. It would seem this feedback from a customer would be the best judgement possible - i give Mr. Baker a high rating!
