Jason was awesome to work with today. He welcomed me into the service area and listened to what the problem was with my car. He assured me that my car would receive the attention it needed and that it would be taken care of. While I waited for my car, he came and explained to me what was happening with my car and reassured me that my car would be thoroughly looked at. When my car was finished, he explained exactly what was done and reassured me that my car was safe and in good shape. He exemplified professionalism and made me feel very comfortable and listened to.

I was told that the maintenance would take only a few hours. I sat there for 6 hours in which i was only checked up on and given progress of my vehicle only once. I am happy with the maintenance. I just wished that I could have been more part of the process then just being left to wonder when my vehicle would be ready. Better communication between your staff would help. I also arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait to be seen when it was not busy at all.

Aaron did a superb job. Kept me informed through out the entire process. Even with an unexpected delay in parts causing a delay in repairs. A rental car was provided. My is back to normal great running shape. Overall service was outstanding.

So happy to get the coupons for oil changes for 2020 before we leave overseas this coming Monday. Tried to get these last week while servicing my F150 at Ford down the street but was told we would have to wait till Dec 1st. Jason made my day today when we made the effort tti ask at Hyundai. We're so blessed.

Jason did a great job addressing all my concerns and answered all my questions when I dropped the car off. My wife picked up the car later that day, and Jason had everything ready including a cold bottle of water for her in the car. Today’s service was outstanding. This is why my immediate family have bought several cars from Haselwood VW/ Hyundai. I ask a lot of questions and I never leave with unanswered questions

Great. I was a late add on due to a check engine light. Evidently the shop was overbooked, but they pulled through. They even had the parts needed for repair!

There were a couple of minor misunderstandings between us and the rental company, but when it was brought to Nina's attention she handled the situation with grace and kindness.
