I was disappointed they cannot figure out why my new roof rack was making a bunch of noise. My boyfriend was able to figure out within five minutes that the roof rack was installed backwards. The parts are marked left and right.

I wasn't sure if anyone would be able to diagnose the issue I was having because it only happened sometimes and was hard to reproduce. You guys not only paid attention to my description of the issue but actually used it to diagnose and confirm the exact issue and proposed a whole slew of on-the-mark repairs. Then got all of them done in a day! I also drove off with my miles per gallon reporting 10 extra miles (from 28 to 38). Not at all the aim of my visit, but just another confirmation of how on point your diagnoses and solutions were!

Peyton was extremely cordial. I was impressed with his sensitivity to my needs; not pushing me to agree to services I was not ready to commit to, etc. He addressed me and welcomed me by my name. All made me feel welcome. Nice job!

My appt was for 0830. I arrived and checked in about 0810. I got my car after I got up to ask about it just before 1000. That's a bit longer than the hour fifteen I was estimated. Sorry but just like you, my time is important to me.

More information should be shared. Also, I feel I should be able to talk with the technician who performed the diagnostic tests. I understand they have a busy schedule, but before I drop 4000 + dollars on recommended repairs, I think a discussion is appropriate, especially considering how much higher your charges are compared to other providers
