I was unable to pick up my vehicle on Saturday. I came Sunday to pick it up (which I’ve done before) and the staff told me they don’t have my keys and they have no access to them. They said they don’t have access into the service area. They had other peoples keys but not mine. The staff were not apologetic just simply said they don’t have them and that was that. My ride had already left and had to come back and get me. Now I don’t know how I will get my car...as tomorrow is the start of the work week. I’ve always had great experiences at Vw but I’m disappointed on this one. I’ve been told before I can come when the service is closed and pick up my vehicle no problem.

I adore Payton. He is a warm and knowledgeable professional that takes care of business with the utmost focus on quality customer care. He hears my concerns, documents them, presents them to the service mechanics, and educates me on what they have done and my next steps.

Absolutely great communication and straightforward with what was needed and just superb customer service. Natalie was amazing and super friendly and professional. Also beautiful. But she was great to help me find someone to fix my wheels and will do that through her and Hazelwood on my next service.

Peyton was as helpful as he could be while we waited two weeks it took for parts to arrive for a recall and a broken windshield wiper motor. I was told that for $35 a day I could rent a vehicle but that a complementary one would not be an option. I work full-time so two weeks without a vehicle is not an option. The process was painfully slow and I was disappointed to be handed the keys to my vehicle with the old parts just left in the floorboard. I wonder what your dealership thinks that I should do with old car parts? Was this supposed to serve as proof that the work was done? My car was returned dirty not vacuumed, not washed. The customer service was poor in my opinion (despite Payton’s good communication about delays) and it made the decision for me not to return to this dealership. I will be in the market for a new vehicle in the next year and will not be choosing Hyundai in Bremerton as a result of my experience.

Payton made a really tough situation easy after my brand new car was scratched up and needed repaired. I was able to get in and out and you’d never know it happened. Payton was polite and professional I would recommend him to anyone.

This has nothing to do with Natalie, but I must say that the loaner car experience is not good - I don't care about paying for a rental, but it's a huge pain to wait for a ride, then have to go rent the car, and then repeat the process on the way back. It would be so much nicer if you had the loaners ready to go for people.

Another good maintenance experience from Haselwood VW/Hyundai. 10-plus years of these types of good maintenance experiences from Haselwood VW/Hyundai with our '08 Hyundai SUV and our '04 Hyundai sedan.
