My wife felt like she had to "plead her case" with the service rep making it very awkward for her during the drop off. also I asked for price quote or if my warranty would cover the scratches on the driver side arm rest but as of now, not received a answer.

Laurie is such an amazing employee. The day she no longer works for your company, you will need to replace her with 2 or maybe 3 workers to get the many tasks at hand accomplished that she finishes each and every day! She is an excellent multitasker and a very valuable Hazelwood team member. I have always enjoyed her professionalism and kindness as she makes sure our vehicles get the service they require. Recently she was instrumental in helping my insurance company take responsibility in settling a dormant claim, successfully! She's the best!

Took my car in for warranty work. Laurie went over the work to be performed and made sure to answer any questions I had. Laurie told it would take around two hours to complete the work. It was done in just over an hour.

Several years ago I had bought a 1998 VW Passat and had nothing, but problems with it and the service department swearing I would never go there again. Now with this 2008 VW Beetle I have had only excellent results with the service department so I am glad to do all service there

I really enjoyed the customer service at this service station, however I wish the service team had actually inspected the headlight and found the problem, rather then just telling me the light was out like I already knew. I had an expectation that the annual inspection would have covered that. Otherwise a very good visit

Mr. Malland went above and beyond to make sure that the question I had phoned him about after I returned home would be acted upon. All worked out very well and I'm happy! : ) I'm impressed with his professionalism and well as that of the other Haselwood team members during my time waiting for a 2-hour maintenance appointment. Thank you, also, for the Kerig coffee and the nutrition bar that I had while waiting. I really appreciated it especially since it was over noontime. I definitely would recommend Haselwood and Mr. Malland!
