Thank you for asking. The car still had the same problem after leaving the service center. The car was not firing properly. We were told it was the plugs and a coil so we had that replaced. So, I'm not sure what's going on. I'll call the service center today. Again, thanks for asking... I'm sure we'll get this worked out. Jon

Communication about the status of the vehicle was very difficult. It was very hard to get in touch with the representative handling our car, and we did not hear from her the day we knew the car was going to be done but could not find out when. It seemed that she was just too busy. She seemed very caring and very helpful, but hard to reach. We think you need another person helping field the calls and relaying information. This is also the third time that a problem has not been able to be exactly diagnosed with our vehicle, that is frustrating as well.

The interior of my car, the instrument gauges to be specific, were left dirtier than when I had dropped it off. There was some sort of splatter or drip stains left on the gauges. This has occurred not only here but at VW of Olympia as well. My past service experiences with every Nissan and Acura dealer have been far better than any with VW. This should be corrected across the board. Techs should wear some sort of covering to prevent dirt and grime from being left inside the car. Or the cost of service should be drastically reduced.
