My questions were answered customer service outstanding. On a side regarding Cameron, I was never asked to complete a survey. He was outstanding and provide me with excellent service. Would love to see him back in the service area again. No one can replace Lori, hopefully there will be one that will be close or just as equal but no one will be better. Lori was outstanding

Jesse was great! He is kind, polite, efficient and has a friendly smile. He kept me informed on the progress of the service as I was waiting. (I was hoping to be given an explanation on why the headlights have both gone out(at different times) already on my 2017 Tuscan but evidently a cause could not be found.)

I scheduled my appointment more than a month in advance for 7:30 am and was 2nd or 3rd in line. It took 3 hours to get an oil change and rear mud flaps installed. When I scheduled the appointment I was told the mud flap installation would cost 60$. I was not told a price range, just 60$. It cost 130$, more than double. So 3 hours for a simple job and overcharged. What's not to like? The lady who helped me was courteous and helpful, this isn't her fault.

Lars did a great job both promptly identifying the issue with my vehicle and pulling off a quick turnaround on the repair as well as getting a number of services done promptly and correctly.

Although my issue was unable to be solved by the dealership, it was no fault of the dealership or the service rep Jason Ramos. In fact he did just about everything he could do to try and find an alternative solution

I was so happy when I walked into the service department and saw Jason’s familiar face. He is always so kind and welcoming. At the end of my oil change when Jason came to get me, he let me know it took longer than usual because he had them take a good look at my car since he knows I commute everyday for work. Jason always provides exceptional customer service, and it truly feels like I’m seeing a friend whenever I’m talking to him.
