Every time I drop my car off at your service department it comes out with a new issue. Your service members continue to give false hope at dependability. The integrity of your department seems to be minimal at best! I continue to pay money for your team to further ruin my car, and yet have minimal options because of the warranty your salesmen provide. As soon as possible I’ll be selling my car to ensure I never have to take my car back to your “service” department. Your customer service is pitiful, when your representatives notice an issue they laugh it off and tell your customers to have s good night, and walk off. I will be sure to share my experience with everyone and deter them from your dealership and service department.

I'd never been away from my car that long and despite the longevity of the service, I was pleased to hear everything came together well. The car runs great now and she is as good as new. I'm thankful to the team that worked very hard to get all the parts she needed and to fix her to 100%. I thank Jesse and the other hardworking staffers who provided expert service.

My dealings with Hazelwood Volkswagen/Hyundai was very satisfying from beginning 'til end. I was very pleased with how they kept me informed, especially with the shuttle service. My car,(Lady Gray) will be going there for all her needs.
