Waiting room completely full. Very noisy with tv on and the loud irritating music in the showroom. Try classical music....much classier.

I was initially fine with everything about my service until now. I brought my vehicle in on June 18 to get an estimate on repairs. I was told it would take approximately 10 days and the parts would be here and we could get started. After about two weeks (I don’t remember exactly) I called and asked if everything was in. I was told everything was in except one part but it would be here soon. It is now the 10th of July. Very soon it will be an entire month since this process was started. I thoroughly understand being at the mercy of a third party when trying to coordinate things but what I don’t understand is why there has been zero communication with me. No updates, nothing. These are the things that you do have control over. Did things finally arrive and people forgot to call me? I have no idea. Is it my responsibility to keep contacting you folks? If that’s the case then fine but you have to let me know that’s my part in all of this.

The service is sometimes a little slow but, I am always satisfied with the service and waiting area. I think they can be slow because they are being careful and thorough.

Brett is awesome. Sadly I did start this claim back in May and am just now getting they key. Jessie turned me through a loop when this claim first started but Brett did an awesome job both times.

Great service and lots of helpful info given. The only reason we might not be back is we were quoted $550 for a transmission service for our TDI Jetta. Auburn Volkswagen is $375 for the same service. $175 price difference really shows how much you are overcharging your customers. Makes me sad, I would prefer to go keep my business on the peninsula l, but that is too much of a savings to ignore.

Caroline, was so extremely helpful to me, not just when I was there in person but more importantly when I spoke with her on the phone the first time I called. She was able to explain to me in detail what the recall was about and how the appointment would go. I was coming from Port Angeles because where I purchased the car, Ruddels, quit selling Hyundai's shortly after my purchase. Caroline, responded to my emails within minutes and helped me with directions. Once the car was done she explained all that was done and what it meant. I have never experienced anyone as helpful as Caroline,in a service dept. Lindy was very nice and I enjoyed taking with her. I appreciated her questions and I appreciate the dealership for this level of customer service. The coffee, snacks etc. .. were a nice touch and appreciated. My only not so great experience was with a gal who answered the phone on my initial call, I do not know her name. Aside from that I am very pleased and happy to drive the 1.5 hours to work with Haselwood. Jennifer R
