Jason Ramos was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed on progress and did his best to educate me about transmission failures. Stir don’t understand how all that could go wrong at 25k miles, but that’s not on him.

Making the appointment was a challenge with the different ways calls are directed and then not returned????after several days of trying I had success. My thoughts were that you are understaffed? Or inexperienced workers? Once I was at the dealership waiting for the work to be done over an observation of several hours...I was impressed with the workings of staff and carrying attitude toward customers of all ages. Thank you

The only people that kept me in the loop at all were Jason and his Manager in the service dept. The sales team didnt tell me (pretty much) anything about what was happening in the two weeks that i was waiting.

Jason was absolutely fabulous. He was able to explain a few features of the Sante Fe which I was not aware of as added features and made sure that the car was entirely serviced. Jason went out of his way to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Extraordinary customer service!
