Jason is truly a jewel. This last service was very stressful. Having to take the car in unexpectedly a second time when my 94 year old mother was visiting my house was very difficult. His caring attitude allowed me to remain calm and was extremely helpful to me. I truly appreciate him.

When we first called, we were told that the towing was not covered and that our car couldn’t be serviced until Monday, when we talk to another person they didn’t know our car was coming in, and they said the car was covered for towing and that they could get it in sooner. It seem like one-handed know what the other hand was doing. Other than that the service was good!

This is the first time we've had service with your company. When we got our car back it was actually dirtier and in worse condition than when we dropped it off. You gave us a car wash coupon, but we don't go to car washes because don't trust the brushes to ruin the paint on my car. Plus we have a convertible and I wouldn't take that through a carwash. There were sticky grease marks on each fender and on the inside of the driver's door. That is completely unacceptable. Especially for a our first visit.

Didn’t like paying $85 to change a headlight bulb, especially less than 2yrs old. Never had a headlight go out ever in 50 years of driving. 2017 Tucson Nina was fine.
