Car was accepted into service center in a timely fashion. The suv was ready to be picked up at the time I mentioned. Thank you you for updates. The lady as the front desk was very nice, and quick to awnser my questions.

Jason is always so amazing! He is personable, helpful, & handles stress well. Jason always makes sure mine and my car’s needs are met without struggling - he really knows his job! I’m always grateful when I get to work with him. I know I will receive both excellent customer service & my car will come back better than before. I was not impressed at all when I got to the dealership team members either ignored me or told me that someone would be right with me so I waited. So finally Jesse helped me and that’s when everything turned around. He listened answered any questions and waived my oil change because of my wait and he did not want my first experience to be not good that they were very busy.He took me to the waiting area that was very nice with tea and snacks. After he came to let me know that my car was done walked me out to my car shook my hand and gave me his card to call him directly to schedule appointments. Now that’s what I fcall excellent service from Jesse. This is the first Hyundai I have owned.

My door panels have fabric on them. For some reason your mechanics have this thing about putting their finger and hand prints on the fabric. This has happened on several occasions. This last visit, I had finger prints on both door panels.

Nina was great and addressed all of my concerns. There was an issue during my initial servicing which resulted in damage to my vehicle. Nina immediately brought the issue up the manager and worked with me to get a suitable replacement part. I felt like I was taken care of and received great service in the end. Nina was very helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process.
