When the service rep came out and asked me about changing the brake fluid I said no because I had to get to work but when I asked him to replace the lightbulb in the hatch area they told me when they replace the bulb it was something more than that I think they should’ve given me the opportunity since I drove an hour to get there to either extend my appointment while they figured out why the light didn’t work but they didn’t.

Jesse was unable to execute the insurance exchange of information though I informed him of the need to do so. As a result, I was informed I could not take my vehicle twice. This was highly inconvenient and frustrating.

Was given and charge for a tire rotation but only came in for a oil change. I was not even asked if I wanted the tire rotation.
