Kelsey and your service tech could not have been better! The tech stayed late so I would get my pickup back almost as soon as promised to make up for the first part coming in bent. However, while I realize you can't keep all parts in stock, I do wonder if the largest dealership might want to consider keeping more better partnering with other dealerships to exchange parts. With Covid, the just in time issues have become worse, but this isn't the first time I've had to wait for parts. (I'm sure you run the numbers, but do wonder if it isn't time to run them again. After all, my truck was tying up one of your transmission bays for quite a time. Special thanks to Kelsey and the tech who went above and beyond.

Colin and his fellow service associate were great! You seriously need some improvement with your employees answering phones and making appointments. They clearly do not know enough to advise customers of what to expect when they come in. Communication is key and the employees aren’t educated enough to advise customers of what to expect when they come in. Consequently, your service advisors get the heat for over promising.. as I waited on my first visit, not only was I not informed, but witnessed 3 other customers unhappy with not being told by initial contact what to expect. Listen to your service associates because they take the heat for others lack of education.
