Cameron did great, and responded appropriately to my initial unhappiness. But I was not satisfied with the policy of not diagnosing a problem unless the warning light remained continuously lit given the other symptoms.

Brenda Dunn did a good job as a service representative, but I was somewhat frustrated when I got in my 2007 Ranger after paying for maintenance that wasn’t done. The oil change, tire rotations, and inspection went well, (I hope)/as far as I could tell. But when I checked to see if my right turn signal was fixed, It wasn’t! And was still the same as it was before I brought it in. ?? I had just been charged over $80 to have the turn signal repaired along with the other maintenance. But it was still broken! So I went back in to tell Brenda, and she sent a technician to look at it. All he did was change the bulb and didn’t know what to do. So I helped him troubleshoot the problem. There was an apology, however that isn’t satisfactory. So I was even more frustrated..and strongly suggested that I felt I should be reimbursed for the charge for NOT fixing the turn signal. Brenda went in to talk with her supervisor, and he apparently agreed to reimburse, which was the right decision. But I shouldn’t have even had to ask! Anyway, I ended up paying close to $200 for an oil change, tire rotation, and filter change. And it took 4 hrs. ???? I didn’t mean to write a novel... But that’s the story.

Had loose a connection after a repair, I drove up to the service dept without an appointment. Pam got the car in immediately, provided a rental and got the car back to me the next day. Best service I have received anywhere.

I had a great experience!!! The staff is all knowledgeable and friendly. They got me in a hour and a half early for my scheduled service appointment and also welcomed my new dog, which made the visit totally stress free, as I didn’t have to worry about my sweet boy. I am so happy to have a pet friendly dealership that is also sparkling clean! Great job West Hills!!
