Cole provided an estimate for work, delivered excellent customer service and explained the repair to me in detail,and overall made my experience more comfortable. My experience at the big Ford store today made me glad I chose Ford...overall excellent service and the repair ....top notch!

I got home from the oil change completed on my truck with only 10k miles with oil dripping from under my truck. I did call Cole my service advisor and he told me to come in to look at the truck. Unfortunately I am a very busy person and will not be able to come in for a little while. Cole was very helpful and I plan to come in to have my truck looked at after my travels. I am disappointed that there is oil leaking from my truck, but am happy Cole is taking my concern seriously. Thanks

I am very satisfied with my service! I went in for an oil change and they got that done, rotated my tires, checked my breaks, AND replaced a part that was recalled. I was so thankful because I was going to have to drop my car off for 2 days to get the recall part fixed at another time- what a hassle it was going to be! Instead they did it on the spot and it only too about 30 min. On top of that they gave me a free 12oz drink!

VERY efficient and hard worker!! He actually ran to the car to get the mileage and move the car if necessary. He acknowledged the four people waiting in line and kept them informed. You might consider having a second trained person as a standby during busy times?? The worker could not work any harder or have been more polite yet we all waited in line. This is not a reflection on him but is a reflection on the business.
