I wish I knew ahead of time that I needed full coverage insurance to be able to rent a car. I know I should have just assumed that, but I didn’t. I am going thru chemo and getting there yesterday was a huge effort. There was no way I could just sit there for 2-3 hours. I’m not sure what you could have done to help me out, but maybe some kindness would have made me feel ok about the situation. I felt like it was all my fault and that I was dumb for not thinking about it. I don’t really want to come back. Also, my insurance paperwork clearly shows no full coverage, why the guy called my insurance company to further embarrass me, I have no idea. Maybe he could have just asked me first and then if he thought I was lying he could have called my insurance company. The best person was the guy that gave me a ride to the rental office!! He was VERY nice and made me feel welcome! I also had a very good cup of coffee!

It was...my first time. Brenda made it a very pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations and I look forward to my next visit. Complimentary drink and a nice waiting area was unexpected and very welcomed.

Collin did a great job, but when I scheduled this recall appointment I was not notified it would take over 4 hours! I live in Hansville a 45 to 60 minute drive, my wife is rebounding from a leg fracture so I was stuck at your dealership. Your snack bar offers coffee and other minor snacks but nothing substantial. Perhaps you could offer a rental vehicle, considering your business is all about vehicles! Or maybe a loaner for a short period to get lunch. I realize I have some responsibility as to my time, but I need better information to make an educated decision.

They had the parts ready to go and I was told it could take from either a half a day to a full day for repairs and I got a phone call within 3 hours letting me know that my repairs were finished.

Other places wipe down the dash and center console so it looks dang near new when you get it back, heck I've even had a place throw in a wash at no extra cost. So having what feels like the bare minimum done for taking it to an actual ford dealership, it feels like I got cheated, given that everyone that I talked to that told me to take it to the dealership to have that much extra get thrown in to make it the best value, I don't think I'll be doing maintenance at Ford anymore.

The staff was fantastic, polite, took time to explain everything and very friendly. I was nerves leaving my dealership in my home state to move to a different service department, but there was no need to be worried.

Honestly not very good customer service. Not friendly, welcoming or helpful. Today made me want to trade in my vehicle so I didn’t have to go back there anymore. Such a shame since normally I have such great experiences.
