Got in on time. Service completed on time. Colin was courteous and polite. I also enjoy the quiet work area while I wait as well. My only critique would be that my dash instrument setting are always changed when the car is returned. I would prefer they be returned to my preference when the work is completed.

I was told when the shudder my car had was fixed, if became a problem again, the warranty had been extended to ten years to cover it. Today I was told it is not covered and will cost about $2000.00 for the repair. The service rep said she would look into it and get back to me. This car has been quirky since day one and I am not thrilled with being told one thing and then something different when there is an issue. I will not be buying another Ford.

Max did an excellent job! But I was a little disappointed that my car wasnt vacuumed or washed. I did receive the free car wash voucher but the car wash is out of my way. It was always a nice perk to get my car back feeling like it was new. I would have paid to have it washed.
