It didn't start out great, we had a scheduled appt., but when we arrived it wasn't in the computer. Colin was very apologetic and made it as convenient as possible for our schedule to fix. Rescheduled for later that day. Got us in and out, very friendly, fast, helpful and gave us a discount

Very nice staff. Answered my questions, helpful, and kept me informed. Also gave me free coffee vouchers while I waited for my vehicle, which was a very curteous gesture. Thank you for the great service! I was very pleased

Chelsea was knowledgeable, curious, friendly, & helpful. 1 minor thing and it wasn't Chelsea's fault but Kia's where I bought the car ????, they didn't log the door code when they did the used car ???? inspection after they received it & before they sold it. So now it's going to cost me to get the code.

They had to keep my Escape overnight. Glade that I owned a second car. My wife was able to bring me back the next day. Glad they found another problem that needed fixing.

Colin is the best I worked with in automotive service industry, hard to beat a privately owned Less Schwab manager but Colin was great, it took 3-4 visits for the same issue to meet Colin. He's good

Lisa at fleet services is EXACTLY who I would want representing me, and the only reason I kept it together my last two visits. She is so wonderful! This visit, my car started making a knocking sound in the engine so I brought it in right away. My car is a 2017 and I purchased extended warranty when I bought the car from Ford in Tacoma. I knew something bad was wrong, so I was already stressed. I brought my car in at 7:30 am and was shown to Pam as my advisor. She was a bit short with me, but all was fine when I checked it in. She asked me if she could please get back to me by 2:00 and I told her no problem. At 11am I get a text asking if there is anything she can do. I responded with, just waiting for a call to see what’s wrong. No response, but I didn’t care because she told me she’d call by 2. 2:00 came, 2:30, 3:30,. No call. I try to call her but no one seems to answer just goes to vm. She finally calls at 4:30. She was extremely negative, sighing and telling me something about a crack in the fly wheel, taking out the transmission, possibly replacing part of my engine, and then tops it off with “ I have NO IDEA if it’s even covered under warranty because you bought it at a different Ford and they have to release it so you need to call them. She also mentions there are TSB’s out about this. I had to have her slow down and told her I have no idea what she’s talking about with TSB or whatever that was. (Why speak to a guest in acronyms?). I told her my friend was the COO of Titus Will Ford and that I could call him to ask about all of this. She was still so short and cold. I brought my car to West Hills to try to keep business local. I don’t think I’ll be doing this again and here’s why... I called Tacoma and after I told them about my stress and the car, they kindly offered to send a tow truck at no cost to me. (Pam also informed me west hills had no rental cars available). They also offered to coordinate the rental car for me which IS covered by the extended warranty I purchased. I called her back and nicely told her they were just going to come get my car. Her tone became instantly angry and told me “you still have to pay us!” I responded with “yes I understand I have to pay the diagnostic fee, I’m not trying to cause an argument I’m simply trying to get my car figured out. Please send my bill” She then told me I could NOT drive my car to Tacoma because it’s not safe. Yes, I’m fully aware of my car’s condition and wasn’t planning to drive it anywhere. Last time I brought my car in for a simple oils change and new battery, it came back with the check engine light on. Lisa resolved it like a pro!! Mistakes happen and I fully understand as long as I’m treated respectfully. Pam may be overworked, or short staffed which wouldn’t be her fault, but her demeanor is not okay. Titus Will always makes us feel like gold no matter what we come in for. It’s pretty simple to just treat people nicely. Unfortunately, I think this was my last visit to West Hills Ford.
