Troy was amazing. I came in to drop off my car to get the radio replaced. I was never told that the part would have a time limit of 30 days, and my work has been crazy with the pandemic with my schedule constantly changing. I came in at 1130ish, and Troy wasnt noticed until 230 that the radio that I came to get fixed on my jeep wasnt even there anymore. Troy asked his manager that i could get a discount on my oil change, and was also able to get me a rental car so when the radio comes in, I can just drop off my car. I'm honestly upset with the lack of communication and how it took 3 hours to notify me that my radio wasnt there, which is what my appointment was scheduled for, and I was never told there was a time limit of 30 days. I want to state again that TROY WAS GREAT and I do not blame him for the lack of poor communication.

Your parts cost a ton more than others. For the cost of a steering stabilizer and two bolt install, not in stock. I purchased a stabilizer, mount to make it not the lowest thing on the Jeep and a new track bar. Then when I called less than a half hour later, I couldn’t cancel the part, which has not arrived yet so the rocket delivery system used to send it got lost. A steering stabilizer is a mask for a problem, I’ll fix it

We purchased a Jeep Compass second hand, from Henderson Audi dealership. We noticed an airbag light go on and brought it in to be addressed. Upon inspection Brandon suspected the vehicle had been in an accident and never been officially recorded. It was thousands worth of damage we had to incur. It was very stressful for us during a time when I am on a Covid leave, but we had to make it safe. Troy delivered bad news after bad news and he did it in a very compassionate way that made us feel we were being taken care of and not taken advantage of for a second time with this car. We feel very confident in the work Brandon has carried out on the car and well communicated with by Troy.

Troy was awesome, I feel a little bamboozled that I purchased a warranty and was told it was bumper to bumper and in less than a month I have to replace my headlights and pay almost $200 for this car before even having a payment... also I was told that my key fobs would be replaced too and batteries changed and I was told today it was not covered... it’s ok, I had the batteries for the key fobs, but I’m disappointed that I was told different... sold into something not covered. Not by Troy. He was great!
