Friendly staff on the phone. Exceedingly helpful. Plenty of people to greet you and help you in service department. Got back to me very quickly and were very flexible about my limited pick up opportunities. Would definitely do business again!

Tyler did an outstanding job with his customer service and support! I give him 10/10! My lights worked before I came in and when I left my lights did not work. Also I asked three different times about the recalls on my truck and was told by tgeee different people I did not have any. Tyler was the one that told me I did. This is ridiculous! I had problems with Dodge before and was stupid to come back!

Long story short, took my car in to get two issues fixed. 7 days and 1200 dollars later the problems are not fixed. Chain of command has recommended me to the JAG (Navy attorney). Will be in contact.

Service team tried hard but jeep gc has unsafe tech issues which cause can’t seem to be identified. It is not the first problem with this cars tech features. So it is jeep and this upscale model that is very disappointing. We now plan on selling this car as a result and could never recommend this brand or at least this model.

I do not appreciate your doing away with the quiet room. Today I luckily found a quiet space in the children’s room and was joined by two other people also looking for a quiet space. I do not appreciate being told it would take three hours to complete a two hour job because “the correction to the recall might not load correctly and would have to be redone”. Then it only took two hours and Garrett tried to take credit for getting it done early. I do not appreciate your people forgetting to replace the lug nut changing device in my vehicle the last time we had service. It took us a lot of time and effort to replace it plus $75 out of our pocket for your mistake.
