Paul was awesome, but Enterprise left me waiting for 20 minutes and caused me to be late to work. Also, my Jeep could not be fixed and it is brand new. I expected more as a first time Jeep customer.

I realize that my problems with the service department are not with the service agent, but with the management. There are no lot attendants to move cars. Despite my car not being ready and my frustrations the service manager did not leave his desk. What kind of CRM system do you have? There are no notes in my file about previous issues. We will not be back to this dealership and there is no way you could sell me a new vehicle. It is not fair to judge my service agent because of insufficient management.

Nathan did a good job. Unfortunately the technician did not complete the required work the first time or the 2nd time. It took 3 visits to complete the repairs. Personally I see this as an inconvenience to me. I believe you should have personnel trained to do the job correct the first time.

I received a coupon for a oil change,$34.00, I appreciate that. But did not appreciate the "bait & switch" that went with it. I was told my battery was bad, my whippers need replacement and my air filter was dirty. I rejected the battery and whippers changes as I knew both were still good. I looked at the air filter, it was dirty and I usually change it myself as it's easy. But I asked how much the air filter was. $13.00, so I said okay. When I got my bill the $34 + $13 was now $92.00. $26 to change the filer, an environmental fee and some other strange charges. I paid the bill, but will never have any extra work done and if any extra charges ever appear again, you will lose a good customer who has bought dodge trucks and jeeps for the last 42 years and always uses the dealer service dept.
