Krys was terrific! She’s super-knowledgeable, very professional, and even amazed me by asking me about a previous minor service issue that I had with my vehicle earlier this year. I could not believe that she remembered exactly what problem I had earlier, and wanted to make sure everything was ok. Top Job!

The service was very good. John was professional and quite efficient. He followed up with status and was finished nefore his estimated completion time. My concert lies with the &176.00 estimate to replace one license plate light. After gling on your website it look like the bulb cost was about $31. Still pretty high for something so small. We passed on the fix.

I will never take my Jeep back to this place. This is the second bad experience we’ve had. Having no choice at first but to have our Jeep towed here we had it towed to puyallup today. Horrible customer service. Definitely won’t recommned this place to any, and advise all to go elsewhere.

Ricki was professional and personable, and I felt confident in his answers to my questions. I did not buy my Jeep at this dealership but am looking to work with a different one, and after today's experience with Ricki and the others in the crew, I feel very positive about returning to West Hills.

Every time I have walked into the service dept there is no acknowledgement by anyone on the floor. It’s not always a long wait but it’s like there isn’t a greeter to help guide customers, you just stand there till finally someone asks have you been helped? Not to say that when helped that techs are helpful and congenial.

Ricky kept me informed every step of the way for my lexus service. He also went above and beyond to take care of my service when it became necessary to pull my tires but I could not locate my lug nut security lug. He interacted with the toyota dealer, got my lugs off, and provided me the new lugs I needed to solve the problem. Definitely took care of me. This is my kids car so my son got a good lesson in how the dealership is the place to go for maintenance.
