Was more than satisfied ,was overwhelmed with how we where treated.. The service we get EVERYTIME is like we are talking to family.(that we like) :) West hills will always get overall business in every aspect that it comes to our truck. From everyone from the gentleman that greeted us at the door, Ron in finances to John in services we would like to thank them for making us at ease every time we come in for services... P s .. the treat basket and coffee is always on mark..

The steering wheel is now offset the same or more to the right. Did not fix the problem just changed it.

I purchased the extended warrant with you guys and have had my Jeep for almost 2 years. No one ever mentioned the free tire rotation or the floor vacuuming before my oil change today. I was very excited the sales rep told me about it and when I picked my Jeep up my floors weren’t vacuumed. She told me the vacuum just broke and it couldn’t happen. I was a little upset because I’ve never had it offered and finally when it is it didn’t happen.
