I have a Jeep Wrangler. It has 5 full size tires in it. 4 on the ground and one in the tailgate. I asked specifically to a tire rotation to include the spare tire because it had not been done previously. It was not completed. I was very disappointed at this point especially after I scheduled my appointment and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour tops. I was there for an hour and a half. I expressed the reasons for my timeline and it was said to be fully understood. It is frustrating to be told one thing and another happens. Also that a service I expressed to specifically have done, did not get done.

After intermediate service and miles after leaving the facility warning indicators came on indicating low tire pressure! My tires were rotated and obviously were not checked for proper inflation! This seems to be common as the last few times I have been in I have had to return for some type of correction! My time is valuable and I do not appreciate having to make return visits due to a lack of attention to detail!
