Every body was really helpful and courteous and another highlight is we did not have grease and oil on our door panel and steering wheel after the service was done. We really appreciate the good work and the professionalism from the front counter to the techs in the back..thank you!

Had to have a tired replaced. When your technicians put the spare back in the back of the Cherokee they put the tire in upside down and did not even re attach the jack and just left it loose in the back. Sloppy

Kris was great - she handled everything well. The tech who worked on my truck was having an off day. It all worked out in the end but a reminder to techs to be mindful of cleaning up after themselves.

Well, I had to take my car to Nissan I had to call and verify the parts are in the service department call me 4 days after I verify the parts were there I called to schedule appointment 7 x Left 4 voicemails chatted online twice and still did not get a call back to schedule my appointment my seat positioner was left unplugged when I questioned Paul oh you need to take it to Nissan great customer service I would like no I'm sorry I want a new service tech advisor do not ever refer me to Paul
