kristyn was awesome. very polite and professional. stealerships are a joke. overpriced, low quality work. that is what I think of car dealerships and kristyn made my visit pleasant.

My parts never came in, I needed my truck back because the rental was a car and I still haven’t received a phone call if the parts came in. I love my truck, I don’t like the customer service for maintenance.

David did a great job explaining what was found about my problem. He listened to me and took care of any concerns I had. In addition I was able to talk with Mac,the Viper tech for additional information. I was very pleased with your service today.

We got in earlier than our appointment. Snacks, hot water and popcorn were empty. Couldn’t find TV remote. Bored while waiting. Otherwise service Ok.

I have been trying to get my Radio Head unit fixed for 3 months now. Today I wasted 2 hours just to be told that you ordered the wrong one. This has been very frustrating. From being told it wasn't covered under my extended warranty when it was, to having to make appointments numerous times and still not getting it fixed. I used to think highly of your service department. Im worried that this will continue with my Gladiator that I have on order.
