Dustin is very helpful explaining to me all the repAir that was done In our van, he also got our van fix ASAP. he’s customer service skill is outstanding , I’m very happy that my van is fix, but every time I have to pay for repairs I feel bitter (money thing ) even though the repairs today is mostly covered by insurance. But Dustin made me feel good , that Toyota did their best to fix my vehicle. Thank you very much

Ms. Estrada got my vehicle into service quickly and also checked into another vehicle I just purchased. I asked her to provide me a service history of my used car I just purchased and she delivered. She also took the time to explain some off the service lingo so I knew exactly what has been done to the vehicle. I was really appreciative of her detail oriented service. Thank you.
