The confirmation email said shuttle service would be available and it was not. This was horrible and made me stuck at the dealership for 5 miserable hours. The barista was crude and frequently cursed including using the f word. The tv was stuck on a horrible infomercial channel and though I asked it was never fixed. There were no lunchables left and the uncrustables were not properly stored in a refrigerator.
As usual, Austin was a perfect professional. He made my service pleasant and easy and I look forward to seeing him again.

The Mechanics who worked on my vehicle broke a part that needs to be ordered. Alicia informed me that the part is coming from Portland and since we are in the middle of a snowstorm it won’t be here right away. She helped me get a rental and the process was smooth and easy.

I was told that my car’s PCV valve needed to be replaced so I agreed to have it done. I later talked to Josh Durbin at Frontier Automotive, he told me that a diagnostic test should have been done first to determine if the valve was bad, & only then replaced. I also see that I was charged $874.57 for labor even though I was only there for 3 hours. That works out to $291.00 per hour, is that your hourly rate? I expect a response, otherwise I won’t recommend your dealership to anyone, & I won’t be returning. Louie Erickson

Dustin is a great service writer! Very supportive of the customer and adept at explaining servies accomplished and recommended. Folks like Dustin are the reason we've purchase 3 vehicles from you in the past 10 years, bring all our service to your store, and convinced our daughter to service her Venza there as well. From my experience, customer service IS the priority at this store.
I always bring my Tacoma in to Heartland Toyota for it's scheduled maintenance. Dustin explained to me how an extended maintenance plan would save me money in the long run.
That was sound logic and good old common sense. I purchased a five year plan. I would say that Dustin is customer oriented and is a great reflection on Heartland Toyota!
The associate that helped me was great! The girl associate with the coffee stand was very rude and seemed like she didn’t want to help anyone.
