Austin is a pleasure to work with. His description of what was required for my 120k service was comprehensive; no unexpected surprises. He was spot-on about the time of the service: 4 hours. I couldn't ask for more. The fact that I request him for my appointments should be noted by Heartland's chain of command.

Ryan Horn, Service Advisor, listened carefully to our questions and asked for clarification as needed. He was thorough in his investigation on how the Lexus requirements matched those of Toyota, ensuring that we would be satisfied with the maintenance work. Also, he provided what he promised: detailed billing and our payment receipt. His estimate of service time was accurate, and we asked if we were satisfied. Total safisfaction.

I did not receive the premium quality floor mats I ordered for my car. The floor mats I ordered should have been printed Highlander in white rubber these were not. I would like to have the correct mats I paid for install in my car.

The service writer was very kind. He let me know my cars issues with cost in hand. When it was time to leave he went out of his way to open the door for us. Even when his co-worker ask him for help. He still went out of his way to be considerate. Thank you

Recall part was apparently never ordered and I was not told of this until after I drove to the dealership and waited over 1 hour for repairs. It appears your internal communication system needs some serious improvements!
