The service from Mike was great. My only dissatisfaction was that only one bulb for my 2 bulb dash clock was in stock and was put in on the side opposite the clock rather than behind it. Other than that, all was well.

Chet was very helpful and actually asked if I had any concerns regarding my Rav4. It was a very positive experience. Every concern was addressed and fixed.
The complete opposite of my first service appointment where the young man couldn't have cared less and barely spoke to me. I was very displeased and thought I would never buy another vehicle at Heartland.
But Chet restored my faith that Heartland actually cares after the sale.

Checkout took 20 minutes. There was only one person working. Someone eventually checked me out, I don't think he was a service adviser. I didn't get to get a servic report on my Truck or ask questions about the service. The person who checked me out didn't know much about the service I had done.
Discussed yet another known issue with my 2020 RAV4. This is the 3rd major known issue with this car that I have to bring up and hope gets fixed. Also the service person never told me my car was done so I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes before having to ask if my car was done and her response “was oh you didn’t get my text? I should have called.”
Mike was more than accommodating, but given the fact that it took 2 diagnostic test , which I was charged for two, to figure out the issue. I bought a battery based on the first diagnostic, which did not fix the issue within a week and was charged again for a second diagnostic which I ended up paying a lot more money for the repair if the mechanic would have researched more and saw that it was the starter and not just a low battery, it would have saved me money. Why doesn’t the dealership stand behind the work and give their patrons an adjustment in such cases. I should NOT have had to pay for 2 diagnostic tests if the Toyota mechanic told me I just needed to replace a battery when in fact it was more than that!
