Scheduling, checking in and getting work done was easy! Ryan was very helpful. While my vehicle was waiting to be vacuumed before going back for work, it was rear ended by another customer. The response I was met with was pretty phenomenal! These guys (Scott, Ryan, Chris) jumped to help, and make sure all involved were okay. They even got my vehicle to the body shop for the work to be done- and I was informed by text messages every step of the way. Ryan even drove me back to work. I didn't have to do a thing! There isn't much better customer service than that!

Waited 4.5 hours. Wasn’t notified that work was completed earlier, had to find out by noticing my vehicle parked outside. Noticed everyone else waiting had someone approach them in person when their vehicle was ready.
I and my wife highly impressed the service agent helped us, that is Ryan Horn. We really had an emergency. I had a conflict with a rock while trying to maneuver a difficult driveway. I changed the to the temp tire, but I did not want wife do drive to work with the temp tire on our car. We went to Toyota and we got Ryan as our service agent and I explained to him about our situation and I did not have an appointment, Ryan said he would work us in. He told us that it would probably take up to three hour, we said that it would be alright.He did not have to do that.He also kept us updated with progress of work on our car. That is why I we are highly impressed with Ryan, because he went above and beyond of what was expected of him.Thank you for having such an excellent agent in Ryan. William Pence.
