The work on my car was completed and the car was parked against the wall for customer pickup at least 30 minutes before I was notified it was ready. I feel that i should have been notified on completion and not according to the allotted time by the shop labor manual.

Ryan is very professional and you can tell he genuinely loves helping people get the service that customers need for their vehicle. He is very straightforward and knows what he is talking about and backs up what he is talking about with detailed schematics and information and in part numbers and is focused towards the customers want in satisfaction and needs.
