Dustin did a fantastic job ensuring that the service performed on our Rav4 was the best that Hazelwood could provide. Since we first had contact with Justin he has always performed marvelous for Penny and me.

Michael was extremely professional, helpful, courteous and yet personable. We had a nice, brief chat about Port Townsend while he filled out paperwork. He explained everything in great detail and made us confident and comfortable. We love your dealership. You hire really great staff, service people and salespeople. Dustin addressed a recurring rear brake squeal again after a brake change 13K miles ago. As a mechanic myself, it can be frustrating to have a recurring issue but Dustin was diligent in correcting the problem. His suggestions and recommendations made sense and he was sincere in wanting to get the problem corrected. I'm sure he succeeded this time. Thanks for all your help Dustin!

Ryan gave me EXEMPLARY service and attention. He made me feel like I was his number one priority!! He went above and beyond any of my expectations for service.
