Service Advisor Chase hardly contacted me with updates until I called the dealership first, sometimes even after multiple calls I still would have to wait over an hour just to hear if my truck is ready.
There was an issue with my new tire from the manufacturer and I had to bring my Tacoma back after a day. They noticed the manufacturer issue after they said they were getting strange readings from trying to balance it. This leads me to believe they never balanced it in the first place when they put it on and rotated my tires.

My service advisor did a great job as far as I could tell. My dissatisfaction was caused by the fact that I had to pay over $700 to replace a defective brake light that Toyota had designed so poorly that it had to be redesigned so it would not leak water into the cab of the truck when it rains. However instead of replacing this known defective part that was causing damage inside the cab of my truck I had to pay to have it replaced with the corrected version at significant expense. To me that seems to be very irresponsible on Toyota’s part.
