David did such a great job communicating what needed to be done and prices. I really love the level of service he gave.
I appreciate that you are attempting to keep customers safe while this pandemic continues. Some employees did not have their mask cover their nose, which makes it useless and some patrons were not wearing masks at all. The staff were understanding that I cannot risk this exposure and accommodated me. I really appreciate this understanding.

It Was my first time at this location, as I just moved from California. Everything went well and my Service Advisor Chase Reninger was very professional and accommodating. He answered all my questions and even looked into a past recall on my truck, that I was unaware of. Hats off to him, and the Longo Prosper Team for looking out! My wife brought in our Sienna that had a nail in the tire on 9/8. She was told after a few hours that they would need to order a tire and it would be in by 230pm next day on 9/9 and would get balanced and put on same day. She was also told they put the full size spare on the Sienna and can drive it like normal. My wife then drove home down 380 full speed. When I heard about this I went to the garage and confirmed it’s a temporary spare and is not safe to drive as normal. Then today (9/9) she never heard back from dealer on timing of getting new tire put on Sienna so she called at 5pm to be told that her advisor was gone for the day and that tires come in between 230pm - 530pm every day and that when ours is found and ready we’d be called. This is not what we were advised the day before and received no updates throughout the day. No my wife has to cancel plans tomorrow because she doesn’t know when or if she’ll get the tire replaced. We’ve had an issue almost every time we’ve used Longo Prosper. We continue to give it a chance because it’s so close, but may have to consider servicing at Plano in the future.
