David, went above and beyond any reasonable expectation, as my insurance company I feel was completely unreasonable. David and team stayed with it providing countless contacts back and forth to get it done. Where my insurance company will have one less customer, Longo will have a customer for life.

A full 100% yes of my satisfaction on Longo’s service center and staff I was welcomed with kindness and politely conducted to Kenneth. During service it was as if I was the only one customer to serve. Service was complete and detailed and future issues were professionally described. I’m coming back for the next service FOR SURE

I requested that my 4Runner not be washed as I had just had it detailed the day before. Dean noted it on the work order. The note was ignored and the tech washed my 4Runner anyway.
