Chris did an excellent job on a difficult service request. Passenger seat had gotten to a point of hurting my wife's back on long trips. Chris helped come up with a proposed solution (new seat pad) that worked well. Despite confusion in the supply chain, Chris made sure my needs were met and bent over backwards to close the service with me smiling. He was successful.

Francisco was not only courteous and friendly but you can tell he enjoys his job by his knowledge and ability to answer wuestions without hesitation. He provided beneficial information that having been a Toyota owner fir years no ine else seemed to take the time to explain. I came home and shared with family and friends about the exceptional service received and recommended Longo Toyota. From the moment David greeted me in the driveway the professionalism of staff was evident.
